I have read that the YN-E3-RT will work with non Canon cameras to trigger Canon speedlights. Has anyone tried this with the YN-E3-RT II? Anything I need to do to get this to work with my Olympus OM-D?
I tried it and get good connection between the YN-E3-RT II and my Canon 600EX-RT Speedlights. If I process the test flash button on the YN-E3-RT II that lights indeed flash.
When I mount the YN-E3-FT II trigger on my Olympus OM-D E-M1X I get erratic results. Sometimes they flash and sometimes they don’t. It will be 1, 3, 10, 20 shutter releases between flashes. Firmware v 1.13.
Is there something else I should be doing or am I out of luck. Thanks for your help.
Same issue here but with a Panasonic S1H. Did you find a solution?
I have a Yongnou YN-E3-RT Transmitter. Although the ‘Link’ light and the screen lights up normally, the charge lamp does not come on so nothing works. I have changed batteries and cleaned contacts but it still doesn’t light. Can you help, please.
Is it possible to trigger RF-603C with a YN-E3-RT II or a YN600EX-RT-ii??
